Prior to serving as a fractional legal executive for founders and executives, I founded a healthcare technology company and served as CEO. I successfully scaled the company from ideation to a $40MM valuation in under seven years. As CEO, I successfully:

I continue to serve as Of Counsel for a US News & World Report Best Lawyers Firm, and have maintained this role for twenty years. In this role I deliver comprehensive legal counsel on corporate governance, including reviewing and drafting contracts, policies, and procedures. I help my clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes, providing expert guidance on legal compliance matters, identifying and assessing potential operational risks and advising executive leadership on legal matters, providing informed decision-making and mitigating potential legal risks.
I previously served as Executive Director for a non-profit trade association for twenty years. In this role I advocated for the Health Insurance industry through strategic lobbying efforts. I implemented a legislative tracking system with Health Insurance legislative updates, ensuring timely compliance with new laws and regulations for the industry, as well as representing the Health Insurance plans in negotiations with government agencies. I also served on the Board of Directors for the Association during the entirety of my twenty years serving as Executive Director.
