Most founders don’t struggle because of a lack of vision. They struggle because the decisions that worked early stop working as the business grows. By the time the cracks show, they’ve already become expensive problems.

clarity and control.

I’ve been in that seat. I built and scaled a company to a $40M valuation, raised $11M in capital, and navigated the decisions around governance, structure, regulatory risk, and investor alignment that every founder eventually faces. That experience is the core of what I bring to the founders I advise.

I’m not a traditional attorney, and I’m not a general consultant. I serve as Fractional General Counsel, embedded legal and strategic counsel for founders who need the right expertise available before decisions become crises, without the cost of a full-time hire.

I work with a small number of companies at a time, typically in the $1M – $15M range, on a retainer basis, advising on governance and control strategy, regulatory risk and compliance, and the high-stakes growth decisions that shape long-term company value. I also serve in board and strategic advisory roles.
