I advise founders on the high-stakes decisions that shape governance, manage risk, and build long-term value, not as a traditional attorney, but as someone who has built and scaled a company through the same challenges you're facing.

​I'm a founder who built and scaled a healthcare technology company to a $40M valuation, raised $11M in capital, and expanded operation across 8 states in a highly regulatory environment.

That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of how governance, board structure and strategic decision-making shape a company’s trajectory and long-term value.  It is now the core of my advisory work.

Most founders don’t struggle because of a lack of vision.  They struggle because of decisions made under pressure - decisions that don't scale with the business or aren't made with the right perspective.  

That’s where I come in. I am not a traditional attorney, and I am not a general consultant. I help founders make the right decisions before they become expensive problems.
